Mojave Controsand is a fine, natural sand substrate featuring a mixture of warm, reddish-brown granules. Its rich, earthy hue makes it an excellent choice for creating desert-style aquascapes, or as an accent to darker base substrates. The warm tones of Mojave Controsand also beautifully complement vibrantly colored aquatic plants and livestock.

Ideal for both beginner and experienced aquascapers, Controsand is easy to use. Simply rinse the substrate gently to remove any finer particles, then spread it evenly across your aquarium for a naturally earthy tone.
